Olá, sou o Ricardo. Nascido em Tomar, criado na periferia Lisboeta e amadurecido no Oeste. Cartoonista de berço, Publicitário de profissão e Professor de carreira. Em suma: Imaginador Profissional. Começo em 2007, na Torke. Uma Young & Rubicam, Strat, Velvet, Addiction, Mustard, TorkeCC e Adsoul depois - variando entre copy, estratega, project manager e director criativo - entrego-me, em 2021, à docência (IADE e ETIC) e ao freelance (comunicação e ilustração). Actualmente a tirar um Doutoramento em Ciências da Comunicação na Nova FCSH, continuo a perseguir o pensamento que tive aos 20, quando comecei a licenciatura na ESCS: "Hoje escolho publicidade e aos 40 viro artista.". Trilhando esse caminho. | Hi, my name is Richard. Born in Tomar, raised in Lisbon's periphery and fully developed in Portugal's westside. Born as a Cartoonist, working as a professional Advertiser and investing in a career as a Teacher. It all fits in two words: Professional Imaginator. It started in 2007, at Torke. And after that, Young & Rubicam, Strat, Velvet, Addiction, Mustard, TorkeCC and Adsoul followed - evolving from copywriter, to strategist, to project manager and finally to creative director. In 2021, I start working as a Teacher (IADE and ETIC) and Freelancer (advertising and illustration). Currently getting my PhD in Communications Science at Nova FCSH, I find myself chasing a thought I had in my early 20's, when I started my college degree at ESCS: "Today, advertising and when I'm 40 I'll become an artist". Going through that road.
